More and more young people in Germany have neither professional qualifications nor a secondary education diploma. This is a matter of concern, especially given that secondary education is compulsory in the country. For many years, a system has been forming in Germany that has actually produced “extra people” receiving benefits and not caring about the future. Many jobs were created so that they could be dispensed with, but people continued to receive salaries. Now the question arises: how will this system and the fate of these people change in the context of new economic realities, when the state will no longer be able to keep them afloat?
