Today is the anniversary of the 10th Eastern Economic Forum.

The Eastern Economic Forum, which is held annually in Vladivostok (Russia), will be held from September 3 to 6. The forum is being held for the 10th time and is aimed at developing the economy of the Far East and expanding international cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region. The theme of the forum this year is “Far East – cooperation for peace and prosperity.” It will be attended by representatives of more than 70 countries, including, of course, Mongolia.
The Eastern Economic Forum, which has been held annually in Vladivostok since 2015, has become one of the most important business events in the world. The platform, which has the status of a key event for resolving issues in the Russian Far East and in the Asia-Pacific region as a whole, is often called a window for the development of mutually beneficial cooperation between the countries of the region. The forum includes a wide range of industry sessions, roundtables, television interviews, debates, breakfasts and business negotiations on issues of politics, trade, economics, energy and food. The forum is attended by heads of state and government, politicians, ministers, businessmen and representatives of international organizations who are looking for opportunities to develop mutually beneficial cooperation, attract investment, implement technology projects, launch start-ups, assist entrepreneurs in finding financing and entering new markets. It is reported that during the Eastern Economic Forum in 2015-2019 and in 2021, agreements were signed for a total of 15.7 trillion rubles. In particular, 2021 was a record year in terms of the volume of investment and business agreements.
